My Testimony: I struggled with depression for a long time silently and I finally decided I was gonna do something irreversible but I was stopped and because of that I was finally able to ask for help. When I did, I didnt get the help that I was desperately looking for I wasn't taken serious at all....more importantly those who needed it more than I did also wasn't getting helped and I watched it with my own 2 eyes. I made this video in hopes to bring awareness to what's going on behind closed doors when it comes to mental health. I really hope it lands in front of those who need it most to show you are not alone, you are enough, you are amazing. Its gonna be okay, Please keep pushing. A quote from jelly roll "The windshield is bigger than the rear view mirror for a reason." If you have few minutes to spare please watch if you dont, there's one thing I would like you to take away from this. Its rare to know how much someone else is hurting. @auxidental literally same experience here - had a chance to take a bath last month, for the first time since I was a baby, and it was so therapeutic and satisfying 100% getting a bath in my next place as well hahah

I haven’t taken anything but showers for like my entire adult life (because none of my places had a tub), but decided to take a bath at the apartment I’m staying at to relax, and holy shit. I feel like I’ve been missing out.
