London executions on $NQ (26-05-2026)
-14,50$ x 4 TPT accounts = -56.5$ (BE)
First day copy trading funded accounts again;
One L, One W, One BE
Wanted longs, actually got it on a great trade setup at 2:03AM but for some reason my internet decided to play games, got me in 6 points higher significantly increasing my risk, so got out early, would have been the fastest London TP I've ever had.
Then had to wait till 3AM because we moved higher without me and had a very sharp retracement which I did not like at all.
Simple Asia low + 1H sweep + 1 min CISD + IFVG play towards an unfilled 5 min gap. Price instantly told me it was not bullish yet showing no willingness to get higher.
Second Long, same setup, better delivery and instant feedback higher. Got out on weakness and internal sweep +1RR
Third long; BE, we started inverting bullish FVG's and we were about to sweep a 15 min high. Perfect BE as we started trading lower and I would have definitely gotten out on a small loss.

Weekly review notes on $NQ (24-05-2026)
Took some drawdown on accounts which is indicative of oversizing and overtrading.
→ The need to make back losses which causes impatience and taking setups i don’t see as A+.
If i can instantly see during my weekly review why it was a bad trade than something like impatience or revenge trading enticed me to take it anyway, clouding my judgement.
Next to this some minor mistakes out of FOMO;
-Continuation trades after liqudity is already taken
--> These are mistakes as I didn't always wait for a valid retracement, which is key for a continuation.
-Taking profit on positions based on RR and not on liquidity levels.
--> This could have increased my profits more, which would have halted the need for taking more trades to gain a more sizeable profit day.
Great to see improvements as well, but I'm a fan on really breaking down mistakes in order to get better. Not praise yourself on the things you are doing good anyway.

we've spent the last few months building a new free playbook with @MrZincx.
it's his full IB 50 strategy on $ES and $NQ.
3 levels. one entry. every rule he uses, backed by edgeful data.
like + reply "IB 50" and we'll send it to you (must be following so we can DM).

NY Executions on $NQ (22-05-2026) +50$
One L and one W
Had a bullish Bias, but got stopped a couple times BE, Still got the move I wanted.
To be honest, when we actually created that CISD I was like I have to enter because it's my setup but I was already thinking this is too easy, it will probably run me out again.
Not sure why I had that thought, happens sometimes, luckily not that much.
-1H FVG tap
-10AM sweeps 9AM
-CISD + IFVG + FVG
We also created a breaker at my TP which would have been a great entry if I weren't already in. I am not here to hold for longer tho as ES did not take that internal high and created SMT.
Got in some good scalps on the @Alpha_Futures_ evals. Couple of them almost there, 2 of them at 50%. Hopefully we will pass those next week and then I'm almost max allocation on every firm lol. Don't know what I'm gonna do with all those accounts but that's a problem for later.
Have a good weekend

London executions from this morning on $NQ (22-05-2026) +180$
What a battle that was
First mistake; the first short attempt. No real room for a BE setup, could easily retrace like it did.
Second mistake; too tight of a stop loss on the first move up after 3AM swept 2AM lows.
Tough session price action wise. But to be honest, the best setup where 3AM swept 2AM lows, that low never got taken, so you would have never gotten stopped out.
Glad I still had the guts to take the long after 3:30

English

@TQtradesNQ Very slow PA, overall the best price action is given during 9:30 and 11:30 with the most amount of volume.

@SamTrades04 You’ll bounce back man, no doubt. Just curious, why don’t you trade your funded account after 12:00?

Very hard day for me losing about 800$ in total today, which includes a funded account which had around 300$ in profit.
Below some examples of the executions.
Took two longs between 9:30 and 9:50, both got stopped on internal lows before we decided to take those equal highs.
Then looked for longs between 10 - 11AM. Mostly chop where I took 3 more losses.
Just an overall day where my bias was correct but NQ decided it was not ready for that until 1PM arrived.
I don't trade my funded accounts after 12:00 so nothing for me there.
Also managed to blow 5 evals during pre-market, 3 of them are halfway done. took a hit today $ wise. But still relatively BE this week, so can't complain.
Let's see what Friday brings.
