What a day for #GTFC - Barrow obviously in a world of trouble but you can only beat what’s in front of you… Hopefully issues for Walker and McEachran aren’t serious - at least there is an extended break now until the next one. Hitting their stride at the right time!

After a shaky opening 15 minutes, #GTFC looked much more like themselves following Cook's opener and countered well for their second. They haven't been brilliant, but they've been clinical with two great moves, giving them a significant enough lead against a struggling Barrow.

Harvey Rodgers’ 96th minute screamer (slight exaggeration) sends #GTFC back into seventh on goal difference… Looked to be petering out for a frustrating draw in a game Town controlled, but fair play to the team for not giving in. Who knows how crucial that could be!

A difficult performance to understand coming off the previous week, in which so much positive momentum had been built. With the margins being so tight in this top-seven race there is little room for displays like that. #GTFC

Good battle that between two good teams which could’ve gone either way at the end. Two big stops from Jackson Smith to preserve the point, and Town had a couple of good openings after the break. Can’t complain with seven from nine from this week! #GTFC

Well contested first half against the league leaders… Fast start, and then had to go again after going behind - finished the half well. Hopefully Charles’ issue is not serious. All to play for after the break! #GTFC

Two wins from two so far from what looked a tough and important week on paper for #GTFC… League leaders next here at BP, with Town back within touching distance of play-offs and top three not too far away either. Exciting times!

It was quiet start to the half for #GTFC, but they showed a ruthless side they have often missed after Green’s opener. Pleased for JSB to get his first Town goal. Deserved it for the hard yards he has put in up top without seeing much fall his way in front of goal!

Big save from Smith on McDonald in added time to secure a big away win for #GTFC at Meadow Lane… DA’s first win against Notts as Town boss. Helped by the red card, but it was a resolute performance at the back. Bit of magic from Vernam as his career-year continues!

First half of few chances at Meadow Lane - #GTFC very organised off the ball, just looking for a bit more precision with it… Saying that, the probably had the best opening through Sweeney. All to play after the break if they can find a bit more quality in possession.

JSB may not have scored yet, but I think the team played well with him in it. Leaves plenty of firepower to come off the bench and change things if needed! #GTFC

Three really testing games against teams above for #GTFC, but they seem to have preferred those types of challenges. Haven’t picked up enough points against the teams lower down this term, and that’s been the downfall so far, but still all to play for.
