🚨 IRAN JUST OFFERED EUROPE A HORMUZ DEAL. YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY JUST TRIGGERED. 🚨 On the surface: Iran offered the EU transit access through the Strait of Hormuz. Sounds like a small diplomatic move. Standard geopolitics. It is not. This is a goddamn financial nuclear bomb. Let that sink in. 💀 The Hormuz Strait carries 20% of ALL the world's oil consumption 💀 Europe's energy bill jumped $16.2 BILLION in just 30 days of war 💀 Natural gas in Europe is up 100%. Oil up 60%. Diesel at $200/barrel 💀 Dollar reserves have already fallen from 70% to 56.9% in 25 years 💀 Iran joined BRICS in 2024. Russia banned dollar transactions. Gold hit $5,500/oz ⚠️ If Europe takes this deal, they pay in euros — not dollars ⚠️ One major non-dollar oil deal is all it takes to show the world it CAN be done Do you understand the scale of what's happening? ⚠️ The petrodollar is the most powerful financial system ever created. Born in 1974. It forced every nation on Earth to hold dollars just to buy oil. That's the entire basis of US financial dominance. Not strength. Not trust. OIL. ⚠️ If that system cracks — BRICS accelerates, Gulf states reconsider, dollar demand collapses, and America can no longer fund its $34 trillion debt on easy terms. The US doesn't lose a battle. It loses the WAR — the financial one it's been winning since 1974. ⚠️ ECB board member Panetta said it on April 2: "Even if the Iran war ends, the damage has been done." Deutsche Bank called the Iran war a "catalyst" for yuan replacing the petrodollar. They're showing you a war about nuclear weapons and regional security. They're NOT showing you that the REAL war is over who gets to print the world's reserve currency. Here's the logic — follow it carefully: → Iran blocks Hormuz for the US. Opens it for EU with a deal. → EU, desperate and bleeding, seriously considers taking the deal. → Deal gets done in euros or yuan. Not dollars. → Every country watching — BRICS, Global South, Gulf states — sees it happen. → "If the EU can bypass the dollar, so can we." → Dollar demand falls. Reserve share collapses. US inflation rises. → You didn't just lose a trade route. You lost the dollar's 50-year monopoly on global trust. If America is so powerful and the dollar is so safe, why is the EU considering a deal with the country America is bombing? If Western unity is so solid, why did 40 countries meet to reopen Hormuz and achieve absolutely nothing? Complete silence. This is no longer just a Middle East war. This is a direct attack on the petrodollar — the system that powers the entire American empire. Prepare accordingly. 🚨🚨🚨 This post is being throttled. Like + RT to keep it alive. ⚠️

@aidnmclaughlin Because they don't care about the money, just the propaganda. They think all non-fascist thought is the result of brainwashing and they believe if they point the "brainwashing" back at its supposed source. These are true believers - and imbeciles

About 2,000 years ago, Jesus sat down with his twelve disciples in Jerusalem for a Passover meal. It was not the lavish feast that centuries of Western Renaissance art have suggested. The Last Supper was a first-century Jewish Passover Seder, and the menu was dictated by scripture, tradition, and the agricultural reality of Roman-era Judea. Unleavened flatbread baked from emmer wheat. A lentil stew spiced with cumin and olive oil, the same staple found in storage jars excavated at Masada and Qumran. Roasted lamb with bitter herbs, commanded specifically in the Book of Exodus as part of the Passover ritual. A sweet date and nut paste called charoset, representing the mortar used by Hebrew slaves in Egypt. And wine, always diluted with water in the Roman world, because drinking it undiluted was considered uncivilized. This was the meal. Humble, symbolic, and rooted in a tradition going back to the Exodus itself. The reconstruction behind this post comes from the work of Italian scholars Generoso Urciuoli and Marta Berogno, who led a study for the Museum of the Cenacle in Rome, cross-referencing the Gospel texts with Jewish dietary law, Roman dining customs, and archaeological findings from the region. © Eats History #archaeohistories

One of the most stunning things to me in this second Trump presidency debacle is how NORMAL the media, Congress, millions of Americans try to paint him as despite daily violating his oath, saying vile things, cursing, threatening Judges, profiteering off his high office, being credibly accused of horrific sex crimes against kids, destroying NATO alliances, embracing Putin, and attacking other nations without congressional approvals.

Today is April 1st, but the Golden Trump Statue with the Raised Fist is NOT an April Fool’s Joke. This bit of late-North-Korean kitsch is an image from the plans for the “Trump Presidential Library,” which will be filled w/ golden images of America’s Lord of Onanistic Schlock. open.substack.com/pub/charliesyk…

The responses from MAGA world to the Kid Rock fly-by are a reminder how much their movement is bound up in trying to draw anger from other Americans. It's an insecure, resentful group of people who obsess over what other people think of them.

💀 The Trapped Animal Let me tell you what happens when a narcissist with nuclear codes realizes he has lost. He does not reflect. He does not adjust. He bites everyone within reach. Before February 28th, Iran was sanctioned, isolated, and weak. The Strait was open. Oil flowed. The economy was functioning. The world was not perfect, but it was not on fire. Then Donald Trump, on impulse, without consulting allies, without a plan, without congressional authorization, assassinated a head of state and launched a war he was certain would be over in a week. It was not over in a week. It is not over in a month. And now every number in his life is collapsing: 33% approval, the lowest of his presidency, only 29% support for the war, his own base abandoning him, 36 House Republicans already heading for the exits. He is the least popular wartime president in modern American history and the war is not even over. And what is coming is the bill for everything he broke. $5.2 trillion gone from the markets. Brent at $116. Consumer confidence below 2008. Bond market posting its worst outflows since the pandemic. Treasury auctions at their weakest demand since 2024. $52 billion fleeing Asia. Fertilizer chains broken. Famine approaching. Fourteen Americans dead. The Strait still closed. Iran still standing. And now he is willing to walk away with the Strait still shut, meaning the one stated reason for the war was a lie or a failure, and either way the dead are still dead and the money is still gone. So what does a trapped animal do? He lashes out. Not at the enemy. At the friends. This morning, from his phone, he told Britain to buy American oil and go fight for the Strait themselves. The Strait he closed. The crisis he created. He told them “the U.S.A. won’t be there to help you anymore.” He threatened France because they would not let weapons fly over their territory for a war they were never consulted about. “The U.S.A. will REMEMBER,” he wrote, threatening the nation that gave America the Statue of Liberty. He cannot beat Iran. So he beats up on NATO. He cannot reopen Hormuz. So he tells allies to “just TAKE IT,” something he could not do with three carrier strike groups in 28 days. He cannot lower gas prices. So he tries to sell American oil to the countries whose supply he cut off. The arsonist selling fire insurance. And through all of it, while the world burns and the numbers collapse, his circle trades. Every fake peace announcement a buy signal. Every escalation a sell signal. The Financial Times documented it. Bloomberg confirmed it. A US Senator called it mind-blowing corruption. The war failed for America. It succeeded for the people close enough to the Situation Room to know what comes next. That is what this is. A man who broke the world because he wanted to feel powerful, lost control of everything he touched, watched his numbers collapse, and is now thrashing at every ally within reach because he cannot admit what everyone else already knows: he got this catastrophically, irreversibly, historically wrong. And the people who will pay for it, as always, are everyone except him.

Incredible heroism revealed. An aviation expert explains how the pilots in the LaGuardia crash intentionally took the impact head on. They refused to veer away to prevent the fuel filled wings from hitting the truck & exploding. They sacrificed themselves to save the passengers

Trump’s media henchman doesn’t realize this but what millions of people take away from this is that they SHOULD watch PBS and listen to NPR and turn to independent media. Americans don’t like the government telling them what they can and cannot watch.
Acyn@Acyn

FCC Chair: Trump is winning. Look at the results—PBS and NPR defunded. Joy Reid, Sleepy-Eyed Chuck Todd, Jim Acosta, John Dickerson are gone. Colbert is leaving. CBS is under new ownership, and soon enough CNN will have new ownership as well.
