I am undertaking a QI project on dysphagia screening in Critical Care and keen to understand the views of other SLTs/current practices.

Protected time for quiet/ focused play with communication strategies embedded…… and generally an environment which values and responds to any communication attempts ie total communication environment with capacity to upskill parents/ carers. In an ideal world!
