@LidlGB I charge at your Warwick store (which is an excellent service) but now expected to pay £90 fine despite proof I was in the car park charging not parking!! And I bought £70 of food shopping as well! Your customer care team say it's not their problem. Please advise!

@newlook I am trying to buy some clothes for my daughter's birthday in December. They are in the sale but neither your FAQs nor your bot can tell me if I can bring them back after 14 days and get store credit or an exchange. Surely that's not an unusual request esp at Christmas!
