I chose to do it I guess, always sucked at socialisation on account of being autistic af and then suddenly I felt like I had found this new way to make people like me or be nice to me, so my lack of social ability was less of an issue, going through all that weird stuff is probably the main reason I have such an turbulent relationship with my identity, sex and interpersonal relationships, biggest case being my therapist, the obvious daddy issues aside I probably wanna have sex with him because I've sorta been conditioned to think that I need to provide sexual gratification to people to make them happy and as a sort of show of appreciation? Like almost wanting to reward them with access to my body cus that's what I feel my main worth is, I really like my therapist, more than I should and it's so obvious that he genuinely does care about me as a person and I guess idk how to process that and show that I appreciate him in a way that isn't needlessly sexual. It makes me sad that I can look at all this so introspectively and yet can't change it, I just feel like my brain ended up being wired completely differently and it almost feels like it is just sort of my "nature" and who I am as a person now, I don't feel like I can be anything or anyone else because this is all I've really known 🙃
