Dayton Webber, 27, who has no arms & legs and was featured on ESPN, is accused of shooting 27-year-old Bradrick Michael Wells during an argument. "Police say Webber was in his Tesla SUV when he shot Wells in the passenger seat," a local report from Fox 5 said. "He then pulled over and asked two backseat passengers to help pull Wells out of the car. They refused and got out of the car before calling the police."
