I spent years in therapy in my early 30s and it resulted in getting sober, married and exponentially more successful than I had ever been.
It was enormously helpful to me.
I’ve also seen it work wonders for clients who have dealt with trauma and loss.
So no, it’s bullshit when we do the “therapy doesn’t work” thing here.
It is very helpful to millions of people.

@ZubyMusic I have never once met someone who’s been in therapy for years and thought, “They really have their stuff together.” It’s usually the opposite. Same for enlightened spiritual chasers. But I’ve met *many* people who’ve turned their lives around by becoming supremely fit.

It is difficult to overstate what Texas A&M law has accomplished in just ten years. If this momentum can be continued, even in part and even for a short time, this school will tear apart the longstanding hierarchical order in the legal academy. That would be a good thing.

My elderly dog, Lucy, fills out a bracket every year... (picks decided by coin flip; she won our family's bracket challenge in 2019). These are her 2026 picks... Aside from High Point to the Final Four, Idaho to S16 and Kentucky winning it all, think she did all right! 😅
