@British_Airways Hello. We have now been contacted by someone purporting to be BA customer service who is a scammer who called and me and whatsapped our son. He has just issued threats when called on it.

@Scroggles Hi there, we're sorry your son's bag has been delayed and for the inconvenience this has caused. Please be assured our Baggage teams will be doing all they can. If he does need to purchase any essential items then please advise him to keep his receipts. JulieR

@British_Airways My 18 yr old son is in amsterdam for a second night without his luggage that we are told is on RUSH at Terminal 5 LHR. Absolutely chuffing useless service. I am intending to head to T5 for a 3rd time at 7am tomorrow to try to find a human being who can assist

@British_Airways He has 18 days worth of kit in that bag. He is not about to buy the whole thing again, when we know you have it sitting at T5. Essentials are not what he needs. He needs his bag. I was told yesterday afternoon at T5 that it was on the system and yet it is not going anywhere.

@British_Airways you have proven inept at every step. No-one seems capable to providing any useful assurances or information. Have you given up?

When discomfort is subjective, how do we find the space between comfort & discomfort with each other? In business or in society? That was our conversation last night w/ the inimitable @_Sarah_Hughes_ This thread from @Whatleydude articulates the conversation beautifully.

'Look for the glimmers' I heard this tonight in conversation after a closed @__onequestion event asking the question 'how do we become comfortable with the uncomfortable?' - and I can't stop thinking about it.

'Yes. The moments where you see hope. Happiness. When things just feel *right*. We focus and dwell so much on things when they go bad. But every day, everywhere - look for the glimmers' And. I. Can't. Stop. Thinking. About. It. Look for glimmers, friends. Everywhere, x.

@Whatleydude Beautifully put @Whatleydude. Spent the night thinking about those ‘Glimmers’ and the pesky ‘Triggers’ - moments of comfort in the pervading discomfort. All highly subjective, but asks us to be vulnerable, open and ready to articulate that, even if true literacy evades is.
