@brendan_camp Nothing is damaging your career more than posts like these man. Keep your head up. Work hard when you can. Focus on a work/life balance. It’ll be whatever it’ll be… but the above is self fulfilling. You have all the skills, but acting like you’re owed this isn’t the way.

@EdHand89 He really shouldn’t be. Unlikely to age well and one of the too many LH bats. I value him huge, but chandler coming over and reaching his peak is how you get yourself a true ace.

Not really a win it all in 2025 play, but let’s them find out what they actually have in young guys. At deadline lots of ways to add or sell if worst case plays out. Hurts to lose Duran but his value will never be higher.

@SethLakso It is mostly the command. The fastball is lacklustre (which is never a good thing), but his slider is good, and he has a solid changeup as well. He's near the back-end of the list and the command is what warranted the placement

Give me a Sox player you misevaluated and thought would be so much better than he was. Not sure why this came to mind, but I was sure after seeing Rusney Castillo a couple of times that he would be a Ron Gant type.

@redsoxstats Looked deeper. He gets (or used to get) weak contact and grounders… just not enough there for him to make any sense on this team.

@redsoxstats KJ not available, ok you go to your lefty. Thing is, what does Joely do well? Everyone else in the pen has something nasty. 90 mph fb, change 3mph slower, and meh sliders don’t seem interesting enough to take a roster spot. Rebuild year, ok, but it’s not even like he’s young.
