@ZBauermaster Not asking for staff to give meaningful feedback regarding their effectiveness as a leader. Just as teachers are evaluated I believe it could lead to real positive change if principals were evaluated by the their staff. The ones that really see what happens daily.

@NicholasFerroni I’m basically hanging in there for my own 7 year old daughter. I don’t want to abandon her in this crappy system. I often think her and I may be better off in private school but I truly don’t know if that’s any better.
