I need to work but my husband shows me Queen's Gambit. I loved the book by Walter Tevis. The book and series is about an orphaned girl who is a chess prodigy. I loved reading that when I was young. To read about a complicated heroine.

@ellalovesbg @LGLancaster @GufGames Obviously I'm biased, but I think ShepparCon is the best TT con in Aus. We're small venue (200 capacity) that's more or less a doughnut shape so keeps noise down. Venue will bring food directly to your table, and walking distance to other cafes if you want to explore... 1/2

ShepparCon2020 update: The GVGG comittee are sad to announce that ShepparCon2020 won't be running at our regular winter school holidays time slot this year due to COVID-19. We will continue to monitor restrictions to determine if it is possible to run the event later in the year.
