The amount of HS Pitchers that are topping 90+ pitches already this season is INSANE‼️ Coaches… it’s absolutely inexcusable for you to throw a 14-18 year old for 90+ pitches 2-3 weeks into the season. If you can’t understand the process of ramping up an arm correctly, you shouldn’t work with them. Everyone wants to have an opinion on player development, yet high school coaches can run them into the ground in the first month with no repercussions. Be better.
