@1610captain I was an ensign in CDOC at CNSG HQ in DC when RADM McFarland became CNSG. After I was assigned to NSGD Guam, I met him on the comms floor. The O-branchers I spoke with in the comms division had served w/him at other commands and not one had a less than admiring view of him. 🫡
