ok so apparently there's somebody who's had this going on for A YEAR now, @GivememyrefundT has made an entire account begging for a refund, and i think when somebody makes an entire account dedicated to asking for something, thats a pretty clear sign @tapairportugal

We've been trying to refund our plane tickets for hours and still no success, @tapairportugal seems to always hang up after putting us on hold for about an hour, and it looks like they're trying to stop from paying us back for plane tickets we *never used*
