For the past like 2 years, YouTube has been taking a portion of views that would normally go to the top 1% biggest YouTube channels, and shifting it to smaller/new channels. They are increasing the visibility of new channels. The best time to start YouTube is now.

If you don’t believe me, you can look at the average views per month for the top 1% biggest YouTube channels. They are almost all declining. But YouTube viewership is at an all time high. Those views have to go somewhere if they aren’t going to the 1%.

If all you consume is brain rot memes, then that is all you will be. You are what you consume. As an adult, you have to force yourself to find ways to keep learning and educating yourself.
