@MrsChrisHughes Hello, those are the recently discontinued 9800 Series. The Simonton 5500 is very close in appearance and would be a suitable substitute. It has a Victorian Grille style and what appears to be the optional & upcharged Polished Brass hardware color. The size is unknown. Thank you.

My home has @SimontonWindows . One is cracked, and @SimontonWindows won't send anyone to look at and find the serial number, they only recommend me (without tools) taking apart a 6'x8' window to find a little sticker. DONT BUY SIMONTON!

@SimontonWindows Just had new windows installed. They came from the factory like this. Didn’t get to see them before the contractor put them. Very disappointed. I’ll have brand new trim, walls, everything, but the new windows look like a bad repair???

Apparently @SimontonWindows does not take customer service seriously. I have been trying to get a replacement part for nearly 2 months and they do not respond to their own contact system or return phone calls.

I have had my new house for only a year and a half. One of the @SimontonWindows 6100 Picture Windows cracked on the inside. There are no kids in the house, the bottom of the window starts 10 1/2' from the floor, and nothing hits it, but the warranty does not cover it. Why?

@SimontonWindows We had Simonton Windows installed in our home recently. It is almost impossible to get any help or talk to a live person at Simonton Windows on a daily basis. Called several times. Can not get in touch with a local SW rep to help us. Poor customer service.
