@Hertz I’m a president circle rewards member with 47K points. I’m trying to rent a minivan with points in Pgh for 2 weeks but am unable due to restrictions on point usage. Extremely frustrating with these restrictions. Might switch to Enterprise/National for better customer care

@SimontonWindows Just had new windows installed. They came from the factory like this. Didn’t get to see them before the contractor put them. Very disappointed. I’ll have brand new trim, walls, everything, but the new windows look like a bad repair???

@HollisterCo So we in the mall and my daughter’s Hollister jeans zipper broke. My wife and I thought no problem, we only bought the jeans two weeks ago and Hollister is a quality store. We can just exchange them. Nope. “Not their policy” and the managers were very rude to us.
