Dear VitalSwap Team, Here’s what happened: I loaded my VitalSwap account with Naira, intending to convert the funds to Dollars. From that Dollar account, I tried to fund my dollar card so I could use it for payments. I initiated the funding into my dollar card. I checked the notification from the app and it showed the transaction as successful. However, the amount never reflected on the card as I checked. I assumed it might be a network glitch, so I decided to try making my intented purchase anyway, having it in mind the money could be there but not showing up. That’s when I received a message saying I had insufficient funds, which confirmed that the money never actually appeared on the card. The merchant I was trying to pay is Shipito. I have attached screenshots to help explain the situation further. If the money had successfully loaded to the card, the debit should have gone through, including all charges, but that didn’t happen. What I want to pay for is time sensitive. Please advise. Please help me check this issue and advise on the next steps. I’d really appreciate your assistance. Thank you.
