The only way to be right with God is to admit that you cannot earn his love or approval and that there’s nothing you can do that can please him. Your only hope is to put your entire faith and trust in the cross of Jesus Christ and his atonement for your sin and his resurrection. If you receive faith in him, and know that it’s only by God‘s mercy that you can be saved, you can dispense with all of the religious catholic garbage.
