Dear @Snapdeal_Help Why is it taking so long to connect to a representative? This poor service is the reason I have ceased shopping with Snapdeal.

@snapdeal I have order shampoo from snapdeal. The description shows 300ml for each bottle but the order received contains only 100ml bottles. It's a scam that's why return or exchange is not available on these products. Very bad experience !!!! @consumerforum_
