@_bajaj_auto_ltd Also, I would like to highlight that whenever any work has to be done under warranty, there seem to be repeated delays. It raises a genuine concern that if this repair were chargeable,it might have been completed much faster.Customers should not feel disadvantaged _bajaj

1- @_bajaj_auto_ltd I am facing a very disappointing service experience. My bike, Bajaj CT110X, is not even 1 year old and the battery-charging component has already failed.
I visited the service which is in vashi navi mumbai (Raj bajaj) center about 7–8 days ago.

3-It is concerning that essential parts for a running bike are not readily available.
I request Bajaj Auto to kindly look into this matter and ensure a quick resolution, as this delay is causing significant inconvenience. @_bajaj_auto_ltd
