Most videos lose people in the first 30 seconds. Not because of bad editing. Because of these mistakes: • Starting too slow • Too much context before value • No clear reason to keep watching • Overexplaining simple things The viewer is always asking: “Why should I care?” If that’s not clear immediately, they leave. A good hook isn’t about being flashy. It’s about being clear and direct.
