Now rank them from most to least skilled. If the POC is not the most skilled, they are a DEI hire. Nobody ignores mediocrity because of culture.

Some jobs take specialized skills and when they narrow it down to a few candidates, DEI prevents discrimination against the Victor Glovers.

What do you think determines if you can come in for the interview? It's at the interview that it's determined if you're the right "fit" for the office culture.

It means they’re qualified to drive on public roads, but it doesn’t mean they’re the most skilled drivers on the road. DEI allows race and sex to take priority over skill and experience. That’s scary.

Take your ADHD meds and get back on the topic: DEI is a racist policy because it requires people to be quota'd by race and therefore eliminates job positions being achieved by people's merits in order to work. It requires the collection of race statistics per org and quanitifies ratios of fulfillment towards that ALONE with the only recourse to position remaining unfilled until a person of "traits" meets the ratio criteria.
