@brittany_beltz @SomaIntimates I don't know this brand but loyalty programs don't really seem good enough to be loyal anymore. They give new customers a steal but no real reason to continue after that.

Really quite disappointed in @SomaIntimates new rewards program. VIP member for years and they took away free shipping. I see this going the way it went for me with Express years ago. Sad to see these rewards program not rewarding loyalty anymore.

@SomaIntimates So disappointed customer service says I must pay to replace defective underwear. Four of the same color and style have started falling apart after one wearing or washing. Seems to me there's a problem at the production level.

Attached is a screenshot of my call log (proof) I spoke with someone at your @SomaIntimates Preston/Park location in #Dallas #Texas almost a month later and I still haven't received a call from district manager even though I was told an email was sent and she acknowledged

@SomaIntimates I’m so disappointed in the quality of your bras. I ordered 3- same style and size I wear-junk. I should have returned them but thought once washed they would look better but no. They don’t even fit! Mistake washing since I can’t return them. Done with this brand.
