Who could forget Calgary Flames legends Hugo Carpenter and Devin DiDiomete? It's wild how bad some of the Flames drafts were in the mid to late 2000's. Craig Conroy is working miracles on this teams ability to draft recently. Thank god.
FlamesNation@FlamesNation

The Calgary Flames 2006 draft class will go down as one of the worst in franchise history. Leland Irving was the only member of this draft class to play in the NHL. He suited up for 13 regular season games from 2011-2013, all with the Flames.

Had to update this composite image with the latest mysterious aircraft. We have reported on all of them over the years, starting 12 years ago with the Amarillo and Wichita sightings, then the January 2026 image by Uncanny Expeditions, and now the most recent one by Project Fear. You can read about the 2014 sighting ones here: theaviationist.com/2014/04/23/two… The January 2026 here: theaviationist.com/2026/01/18/dor… And the latest one here: theaviationist.com/2026/06/04/mys… Thank you @uncannyex @ProjectFearX

@Trevor_Neufeld If you could only pick one of those players (with your crystal ball nice and clear), who would it be? I’m thinking a goalie would be tops on that list.

I really liked Jay Feaster. He gets a bad rap for a few blunders that weren’t all on him, but the 2012 first round.. The Flames traded down from 14 to 21 and picked up an extra second (Patrick Sieloff). Just look at who was still on the board.

Also - I can confirm they have been using a vpn for a while. So they if actually approve bill-c22, they won’t be able to get information from the states or a better understanding of the world. It will affect like a bunch of parties not just conservatives.

@cmcalgary @JasonOnTheDrums I tested something out on why they’re using vpns. They’re using vpns because they can’t see American content because bill-c18 is blocking them from accessing it. The liberal party New Democratic Party also use VPNs as well this is some type of government corruption shit.

Mark Carney's AI For All Is NOT About Jobs Or Canada's Economy — Here's What It's Really About Is he wanted to fix the economy, he would remove the carbon tax, build coats to coast pipelines and allow Alberta to sell their oil and gas on the world's market. This is about building the AI infrastructure he needs to implement Bills C-8, C-9 and C-22 and turn Canada into a surveillance and censorship state, He also just signed Canada onto a 13-country alliance where every single partner already arrests citizens for social media posts.

Chinese-made electric vehicles have officially begun arriving in Canada, with more than 2,900 imported during the month of May alone. The shipments mark the first imports under a deal Prime Minister Mark Carney reached with China in January, which cut Canada’s tariff on Chinese-made EVs from over 100 per cent down to roughly six per cent and allows up to 49,000 vehicles per year into the country.

USHL and CHL should merge or be a league in the Canadian hockey league. Because I think the talent depth in the USHL goes pretty deep in my own opinion. Even though the USHL wants to be separate it would be interesting to see those players to compete in the Memorial cup.
Bob Turow@robert_turow

I keep hearing the CHL is leaving HC, going independent, for less restrictions on recruiting players they want like Carter Meyer. Already dominating the USHL and USNTDP, this will also lead to US expansion. USAH, USHL and USNTDP can't stop this. Lawyers get ready.
