It's understandable when technical glitches happen - but the entire fiasco after charging passengers a hand and a leg for a service which costs less than a third of it and not even making arrangements for comfort! @vistaraairline

@vistaraairline ridiculous service on both legs of my flight from #london to #bhubaneswar UK 781 - flights both technically delayed, passengers made to walk extremely long ways without any food being provided. When asked for snacks they say no snacks for covid.
