So @UPS still owes me close to $1,000 for mishandling the tariffs on 3 packages and charging me an incorrect 200% tariff. They have dragged their feet for SEVEN MONTHS with nothing to show. It is nearly impossible to get a response from anyone there. (cont)

Update:
Ethics and HR is already involved because another case was already opened on her due to another employee.
My DM told me there is not much they can tell me except it is really bad and requires legal assistance. They also told me to stick it out.
