My PT going "yeah its rough" when I mentioned how much gas going up I can assure you we can both say what we want and neither of us would tell anyone and get in trouble

Im getting real tired of hearing "yeah things are tough rn" like its been tough for YEARS

Basically I gotta do PT and then some strength training to make sure its stronger so I guess my dad really was onto something making me run for all those years. Anyways I think I want to get back to it for real after the PT

So it turns out that Im hypermobile (already knew) but the muscles in my right leg are weaker than my left and thats why my knee gave out many years ago because the kneecap slipped out of the groove.

@DannyCasts Its like a midday thing like 10am-2/3pm or even longer sometimes I dont pay attention to it I just notice I yawn on the regular a lot despite having a dark room to sleep in and what I think is good sleep quality

@SpacemanGamma 10 def gonna make you tired then if your body is used to 8 on the regular. Yawning throughout the day could come down to a lot of factors. Do those 8 hours occur at the same time? (Ex: 9pm-5am vs 11pm-7am could cause issues) also sleep quality is huge and has a million factors.

I got 10 hours of sleep last night and Im still yawning today this doesnt make any sense

@DannyCasts Typically I aim for 8 hours of sleep and I still yawn throughout the day
