@SpacemanGamma That’s about the extent of my sleep knowledge lol. Ik like blue light before bed can mess w some sleep stuff and what not but I’m not quite sure. Just some ideas

@DannyCasts Its like a midday thing like 10am-2/3pm or even longer sometimes I dont pay attention to it I just notice I yawn on the regular a lot despite having a dark room to sleep in and what I think is good sleep quality

I got 10 hours of sleep last night and Im still yawning today this doesnt make any sense

@SpacemanGamma 10 def gonna make you tired then if your body is used to 8 on the regular. Yawning throughout the day could come down to a lot of factors. Do those 8 hours occur at the same time? (Ex: 9pm-5am vs 11pm-7am could cause issues) also sleep quality is huge and has a million factors.
