VC firms are having to fully raise new *funds* because of how much capital they've parked into AI leaders like OpenAI, Anthropic and some of the top application companies like Cursor. I remember when concentration at all costs was the exception, not the rule, and it felt like Founders Fund was the only firm able to get away from strict position limits. How times have changed!
