Train 18048 (Amaravati Express) mein B1 coach ke TTE ne 2 Divyang yatriyon (1 blind, 1 locomotor disabled) ke saath bura vyavhar kiya. Hum piche wale Divyang coach tak jane ka rasta maang rahe the, par TTE ne dhakka dekar nikal diya.

Boarded DEMU from Ndl to Renigunt at Nandyal station. Wn I tried to open the coach door, 2 railway staff inside used bad words. At the RP Station, the ofcr said opening doors is their duty and claimed there is no cc on the platform. Vry disappointing.@RailwaySeva@RailMinIndia
