Travel just got more convenient with E-Pantry service by IRCTC, allowing passengers of Mail/Express trains to pre-order meals directly while booking their train tickets. The service is presently available in 25 Mail/Express Trains. Designed to enhance the onboard dining experience, the E-Pantry service integrates food ordering in Mail/Express train with your ticket reservation, enabling passengers to browse menu and select their preferred meals in advance. How to Use IRCTC E-Pantry: 1. Select the “Book Food” option on the booking confirmation page. 2. Browse the menu and choose your preferred meals. 3. Review the order details and complete the transaction with cashless payment. 4. Share your Mail Verification Code (MVC) with the pantry staff to receive your meal delivery onboard. With this service, passengers can avoid the last-minute rush for food in the Mail/Express train shown in the video and instead enjoy fresh and delicious meals delivered directly to their seats. @RailwaySeva @IRCTCofficial URGENT: Faced a system glitch while filing TDR for PNR 8245963516. I selected "Partially Confirmed/Waitlisted" but the portal wrongly registered the reason as "Train Late > 3 Hours". Kindly help rectify this so my refund isn't rejected!

@IRCTCofficial @RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva 3 thalis in my IRCTC e-Catering order were delivered cold. Despite complaint, no satisfactory response was received. This is unacceptable. Full refund is justified and clarify what assurance is there that this will not happen again.

@RailwaySeva @IRCTCofficial Filed a TDR on 11 March for a 4+ hr delayed train (GHY to HJI). PNR: 4754425140. App glitched, still shows "Booked," and TDR history is blank. No refund processed yet. Please look into your backend logs and process my refund! 🙏

@RailMinIndia Make an app where we can order and pay directly and show qr code to vendor to give us meal. They blatantly over charge us and done even give full items on the menu.
