But why is everyone jumping....?

The moment you let go of sprint (including releasing hold sprint) you stop generating heat but you start to lose the base sprint momentum (even while in the air) ultimately negating any perceived benefit Essentially just run without jumping unless you’re doing it down a hill or after gaining a large amount of momentum from certain abilities (i.e. thief grapple or destroyer thruster)

@StadiaTime @DemShenanigans I use hold to sprint (controller) and pretty sure whenever I b-hop it breaks it, that or perhaps I'm just letting go of R Stick and just falsely associating it with breaking it

@apathei @DemShenanigans as long as sprint is activated, you build up the same amount of heat in the air while jumping as you do on the ground. There is no benefit to b-hopping except for going down hills or after a movement ability to keep your momentum from dying immediately

@StadiaTime @DemShenanigans jumping doesn't build up heat while maintaining momentum, so the point isn't to 'go faster than running' but build less heat than running.

@Flanderz420 @square101 @DemShenanigans as long as sprint is activated, you will use stamina while in the air while jumping

@square101 @StadiaTime @DemShenanigans Jumping costs 0 stamina. the distance while you're in the air does not count as running on the ground when you're in the air

@scotsrule08 @Tesla_AI The amount of times I have to nudge the car to move at intersections with the accelerator even when there *is* traffic on the other side when there’s more than enough time to turn is getting pretty ridiculous on this build. Let’s be a bit more assertive here PLEASE

FSD 14.2.2.5. Green light. Car inches forward then just… stops. Nobody there. No cars. No pedestrians. No objects. Nothing. Waited five seconds. Nothing. Had to hold the accelerator down to get it moving. I've seen others reporting this same behavior at intersections. Something is off or changed in this build. The car is seeing something that isn't there or it's hesitating on a decision that should be automatic. Green means go. 🚥
