Anyways after going through the start of my Verizon agreement when I preemptively reached out to now, it looks like the UI they use is deliberately confusing for reps and consumers, and the AI methods have a math flaw relying on essentially off cycle bill generation to drive up costs. Still doing some checks on my side but this is a fun one 🙃

@Verizon What my bill/payment agreement was set to sort out btw lol - already almost half paid, just had to switch the date then their reps gave me a courtesy discount I never asked for. QUALITY

For those curious: I'm literally on wifi, which is also funny enough Verizon and has no issues outside of persistent recent outages. There is no reason I shouldn't be able to give the company that renegged on my texted payment agreement on Saturday by Sunday and took 6 hours of my time then ghosted me 🙃

Every time I search for something on Amazon (mobile or desktop) The Alexa AI window opens to be 'helpful' - this is not helpful and will cause me to look elsewhere to shop. Terrible product design decision. Am I being A/B tested? Have you seen this too?

What happens when you try making any payments btw after their poorly designed AI that has, apparently, according to other users put fake charges on folks bills up to $500 because it doesn't work correctly and had non stop issues since September 2025 after they pushed for AI integration which they portray as innovative when it's really just Google Gemini 🫡 But hey, RECORD PROFITS AMIRITE

In addition, I can't even open the app to make any type of payment nor can I go to make any payments via notis. They genuinely renegged, screwed with my lines, ghosted me, refuse to acknowledge they messed up, and give customers no recourse when they call it out. At this point I can 100% say Verizon is one of the worst.

The more some of these AI CEOs talk, the more I’m like….maybe they are actually lizard people in human suits.

@Drayvenblaze @Verizon I think my favorite part is that they are in shock that I'm upset. Like yes, that's pretty normal when your company makes a promise then decides to screw long time customers in a time of hardship.
