@StadiumShadow I totally understand arguing against public financing for the ballpark.
Studies show it will make back more money in the long-run (but still, I get it).
But the adjacent development is being 100% privately financed. So I'm not really sure what you're trying to get at here??

- oh also, these are inflated team revenue projections, not legit independent analysis

Except, JP, you should know:
- $1B present day is NOT same as $1B decades into future
- You didn’t include any of county’s opportunity cost
