@GTS9911 @ufcbjj Casia never did anything with the takedowns. Ffion at least successfully maintained position after a takedown and was able to pass at all. Casia was very aggressive but it felt like she couldn’t get past the trips with anything of substance. How many sub attempts did she have?

Michael Berry hates it when his true character is revealed. So here it is. I brought the receipts. After pretending to be a close friend of mine, he sent me this text back in September of 2020. We were in the middle of a contentious election against Democrats. They were spending millions to flip the seat blue. And all Michael Berry cared about was how much money we were making him by buying ads on his show. Within a few days of that he was texting me all sorts of nasty messages. Then he went silent, until the next election cycle when he started to consistently trash me on his show. Sorry, Michael, but I work for the voters, not for you.

1 jar salsa, I like Clint’s or Kylito’s garlic
Put it in the crock pot for 6-8 hours on low
Fork shred it in the crock pot, pour out some of the liquid,
Add in 1 lb of white American cheese and melt it in. Makes great tacos
