Utah’s CD3 needs a strong conservative to represent us. Heritage Action ranks the incumbent Representative Celeste Maloy as the LEAST conservative of all of Utah's Federal delegation! That’s really saying something. We need to send our conservative leader Phil Lyman to Washington to be Utah's next Congressman

The mystery surrounding fraudulent signatures on @GovCox 2024 candidate petitions, deepens. As a result of the Rule 60B Motion, the @UtahAG released a heavily redacted offense report: AG24-235, which references an investigation by the Salt Lake County District Attorney. 📩In response to a records request I submitted earlier this month, the SLCO District Attorney replied: “This office has no responsive records”. 📒 Welp, denying the existence of incriminating documents to conceal the cover-up is right out of the @LGHendersonUtah playbook: DENY and DELAY 🧵 (1/2)

Here are the two places that the @UtahAG Special Agent references the investigation by the Salt Lake County District Attorney about forgeries on candidate petitions. Yet, the SLCO DA denies that such an investigation exists. Protecting their own? Here is @GovCox’s own brother-in-law Senator @mikemckellutah arguing why Utah doesn’t need a separate Secretary of State to oversee elections. The Senate defeated Rep Lisa Shepherd’s bill to create a Secretary of State The status quo continues Utah remains one of three states with no Secretary of State ▪️Utah’s governor appoints the LG ▪️And the LG will continue to oversee the Governor’s own election. Nothing to see here …

Ah yes…the ol’ cheap labor argument. Sen Blouin hasn’t worked a hard day in his life, so he doesn’t understand how any market works. Instead, he quotes the subsidized lobbyists at the Kem C. Gardner Institute. Between 2018 and 2021, I oversaw over $250M of multifamily construction in the SLC area when it was booming. We spent at least $8M on rework across those projects because much of that labor was unskilled and, in some cases, unable to read plans. Reading drawings (that are in English) is kind of important when you’re building mid-rises… The multifamily rental market is in the dumps right now, and housing prices are still inflated 20%+. There’s no better time to prioritize rebuilding the skilled workforce with young Utahns than right now. In 3-5 years, the birthrate will be back to where it was, large, single-income households with families will be practical again, and incomes will climb. (Blouin has me blocked, hence the screenshot.)

WOW! Great overview of how the 2024 election in Utah was stolen by @GovCox & @LGHendersonUtah then subsequently covered up by @UtahAG. Makes sense why the @UtahGOP was indolent two years ago and pococurante about it today. 🐝 Winning at all cost is the order of the day in the beehive state.
