Nightcap of this impressive (and sadly nearly empty) rye whiskey from Austin, Texas. This has exceeded all expectations I could possibly have for a two year-old whiskey.

This is so good, Celtic Cask 58, a 21yr old rum distilled in Panama aged there for 10 yrs and the remainder in Scotland and Ireland finished in a Vin Santo cask for over 4 yrs. @Celticwhiskey really enjoying it.

My search to find a Poitín to replace @BaoilleachD Obvious is @KillowenWhiskey The Pangur stout is good, but just not quite as good. So next are the Peated PX Pangur & the a Dó series from Killowen & @BlackDistillery @DewMourne The Pooka is nowhere near. Any recommendations?

I bottled my first fermented hot sauce a couple days ago and put it to its first taste this morning on my eggs. Man, is this stuff good. If you’re not making fermented hot sauce, you should be. This is supposed to be mango habanero, but it’s waaayy more habanero than mango 😂🤣🌶️
