Just had my third 'contact lenses lesson'. I finally managed to get a lens in each eye after much effort, though getting them out was hard. Still not good enough for them to let me buy the lenses. Did anyone else out there find it this hard!

@OctopusEnergy It’s the approval process I’m a bit unsure of. Real time meter readings should make this simple? I was also unable to request a refund online and had to go through email.

Hi Darren, we’ve automated the refund process to get money to your bank account as quickly as possible, but we rely on banks to do their bit as well. As soon as it's been approved, we release the funds to be refunded immediately, which typically takes 7-10 working days (usually faster). Can you drop me a DM with some account details and I'll check in on this for you? 🐙

@OctopusEnergy loving most of what you do, but your refund process for credit balances needs some work. Nearly £900 in credit and taking 14 days to get a partial refund.
