Hey Philippa, we’d advise re-installing the app and see if that helps (there was an update on 29th). Most importantly, we’ll have the data to make sure any smart charging is billed to off-peak, so you don't need to worry about that. (We'll also look into things on our end with the app just to make sure!) 🐙

@OctopusEnergy I have frequently been trying to get advice on my tariff. Your agent has not called when scheduled. Today she sent emails with conflicting information. I have therefore cancelled as I’m within my 14 day cooling off period and now heard nothing further. Please help.

Hey Liam, the number of coffee codes we release has increased with a rise in customers (although Caffe Nero codes have been snapped up for the day there's still some Gregg's free coffee codes available). We add them just before the cafes open in time for the morning coffee rush everyday, so there is always another opportunity to get one tomorrow. Tentacles are firmly crossed for you! 🤞🐙

We agreed the @Glastonbury turbine only a few weeks ago. It took just 2 weeks to build the parts and a single day to get the turbine up and spinning.

@OctopusEnergy I've been exporting Elec since 13th Feb, I can see the daily export kWh on the app, but have never had any credits applied to my bills? Can you tell me what needs to be done to have the credits applied to my bills?
