@OctopusEnergy very disappointed to hear we will no longer get our coffees it stopped me from looking at other energy suppliers but as my fixed deal is coming to an end next month there is no reason not to change supplier now.🙁

Hey Hayley, the Monday Scratchcard includes coffees alongside lots of other prizes, with rewards won by chance. This means everyone has a fair opportunity to play throughout the day without the need to rush early in the morning. If you win a prize that’s not for you, you can simply reject it and try again next Monday.

@OctopusEnergy I have a question for you. How much does it cost to add an IQ System Controller 3 to one of your solar installations. After having a 14 hour power cut with solar panels and batteries that just sat there gathering dust I think you missed a part out of the system as it seems pointless to have solar and batteries if they don't work when the grid goes off

Hi there, IOG can schedule smart charging outside of the 23:30-05:30 window when it works best for the grid. The aim is to encourage a more ‘little and often’ approach to EV charging rather than doing big charges all in one go. If you pop me a DM with some account details, I'll take a closer look.

3 months ago I had solar and battery fitted and meter changed 3 weeks ago same direct debit yet credit of over £640 and I don't have battery back up.

@OctopusEnergy since the intro of the 6 hour charge cap we are not getting the required charge. Plugged in at 830 last night asking for 45% by 830am this morning and only got 28%. Had the same issue twice this week. Never previously had a problem in two years until this week.
@OctopusEnergy purchased a home charger in november last year, got fitted in june this year after instruction of unlinking property, but did not unlink property after all that wait. Still today i can not use the charger due to software issue. #jokeservice

Booked our smart meter upgrade with @OctopusEnergy on 4/7/26 for today, 11/7/26 from 8:00-17:00. Confirmation email said the engineer will contact us in advance to give a better indication of arrival time. It is now past 17:00 and not a single call or message from an engineer.
