your intentions may be honourable @gilescoren but you are getting the science wrong. Screening is complex and counter intuitive. It can be easy to think that you are doing good while causing harm. If you'd like to discuss (even over lunch) - let me know.....

@mgtmccartney It works because there is a scientific consensus. Which is the same thing. He’s not my friend. He read a piece I wrote so he got a test, he got a scan, he got a biopsy, he was Gleason 4+5 and got a prostatectomy just in time to avoid metastasis. Don’t mock it. That’s horrible.
