@reliancejio pathetic customer service...raised a complaint SR00002EK4BB 5 days ago and till now nothing happened. In all these days I have been given engineer visit schedules but sadly no one came and called for the service. They are just extending and updating with new timelin

@reliancejio how come a STB complaint is given a timeline of almost 5 days for engineer visit.....super customer service of jio punjab- pathetic response to customer complaint by management.....I think their engineers are super busy in IPL
