Last Saturday(25th). @policybazaar team representative said I'll get approx 3k refund if I opt cancellation.. Now this @careinsuranceIN team saying I won't get anything.. Initially they removed all gyms in be fit and made fool all over India .

As a result, some gym centres have been removed from the network. You may explore the updated list of partner gyms on the BeFit platform and choose an alternate nearby fitness centre. @policybazaar is showing Fitpass gyms that aren't actually available to Care Health customers.Advertising unavailable benefits to sell policies is misleading. Fix this immediately, or I'll pursue legal action through the Consumer Commission.

I insured my car from @ZurichKotak through @policybazaar and unfortunately recently i met with a road mishap which caused multiple damages to my car. Now during the claim process, surveyor isn't providing me approval citing reasons of proof non-availability. Just money-minting?

Extremely disappointed with @Policybazaar and @StarHealthIn. Paid ₹1L+ in premiums over the years with zero claims. Now on a valid claim of ₹25,296, I get an approval of only ₹6,896 citing sub-limits and rules never explained at purchase. Selling big promises, delivering none.
