I bought my insurance through @policybazaar expecting reliable claim support, but my experience has been terrible. My claim was rejected and PolicyBazaar team didn't even try to help. Highly disappointed in the zero post-sales support. @_amitchhabra Pls look in the matter.

@policybazaar you are one big fraud company and you trap customers.. I bought car insurance and with some discount and everything NCB 50 percent issued, now they are saying its mistake you will not get 50 percent NCB, and the car is parked in their garage from last 3 days

Hi Abdul, as per the insurer, if two policies exist for the same vehicle with identical coverage, one of them can be cancelled. In such cases, the policy that starts later should be cancelled by the respective insurer. Request you to proceed with the cancellation of the later-issued policy. The engine number endorsement will be processed once we receive the gate pass and tax invoice. Drishti PW52339

@policybazaar Worst customer care and looting by PolicyBazaar. Used online for insurance on our car in my mom's name. They took the money (Rs 9790) and never issued the policy. Waited for 6 days and asked for refund. Saw a refund for only Rs16 and not Rs9790. #carinsurance

@policybazaar - such bad customer suport service. For the name sake they have provided a dedictaed relationship manager, but what is the point if still not able to connect when trying for last 2 days. Multiple requests placed for callback but no response. Reallyfrustrating.

My 70yr old father's bladder stone surgery claim denied by @ManipalCigna. Policy: 27 months old. Waiting period: 24 months. Math is simple. Repudiation reason: "multiple discrepancies" — not one specified. MRI Brain demanded for bladder surgery. Purchased via @policybazaar.
