Do not buy a Super73 bike for your kid. $3,600 🎄 gift gets you a defective pile of garbage sold by a company with horrible customer support. - bike throttle didn’t work. - no phone support - took them three weeks to send me a replacement controller. - with the new controller, now battery won’t charge 🪫 Stuck waiting 24-48 hour cycle time for email support.

@super73 be careful with this brand. I ordered super 73 zx for my son’s birthday. The bike is defective. I have called infinite times with no response and written four emails which have been ignored. Unexpected !!! @Super73Support

@super73 @Super73Support worst customer service in any company I’ve ever dealt with. Spend 2500 on a broken bike and can’t even talk to human about the warranty. I will cancel the charge since the bike came broken it doesn’t go full speed or distance and the battery is loose 🤦‍♂️
