@RichardHeartWin The lat pulldown is the best single exercise to replace chin-ups. It targets the same primary muscles (lats, biceps, upper back) and allows you to build pulling strength with adjustable weight, mimicking the chin-up's movement pattern.

Hilarious to me that what I could barely do yesterday I could do pretty easy today (bench). 240x11 dead. 200 x 5 bench. 5 neg chins. Next workout I'm trying 300 on the deads we'll see how it goes.

I guess you can't reply to your own tread more than 10 times or it breaks, because my workout tracking thread got messed up in X somehow... Had two 0 days.
