🚨 CHARLIE KIRK ASSASSINATION CASE IN TOTAL CHAOS — THE BULLET THAT KILLED HIM DOESN’T MATCH TYLER ROBINSON’S RIFLE
Seven months after the shooting at a Utah Valley University campus event… the case just took a serious turn.
In a new court filing, Tyler Robinson’s defense claims the ATF was unable to match the bullet recovered during Charlie Kirk’s autopsy to the rifle allegedly tied to Robinson.
• The bullet that killed Kirk… not forensically linked to the gun
• ATF report says there wasn’t enough evidence to make a match
• Defense now asking to delay the preliminary hearing
• Citing a “mountain” of material that could reshape the case
This is where it gets complicated:
• Legal experts say bullet mismatches aren’t uncommon
• Lack of markings or damage can make identification impossible
• It doesn’t automatically clear the suspect
But then there’s the rest of the case:
• Prosecutors say Robinson confessed in text messages
• Alleged message: “I am. I’m sorry.”
• They claim he hid the weapon after the shooting
• And told his roommate to delete incriminating texts
• DNA evidence reportedly ties him to the scene
• Prosecutors are still pursuing the death penalty
So now you have two competing realities:
A bullet that can’t be tied to the gun… and a case built on confession, DNA, and behavior after the fact.
The question isn’t simple anymore.

The flight itinerary being used as evidence about Andrew’s movements may be fraudulent.
@baroncoleman says he pulled FAA documentation tied to the aircraft history and charter operator records and believes the itinerary circulated online may not match those records.
He plans to submit a complaint so the FAA can investigate. Paradise Jets owners Jamie & Cynthia Thomas may want to clarify.

Candace devoted a whole show to an imagined “tarmac hug” to insinuate some kind of scheming, romantic plot between Andrew Kolvet and Erika. I obtained a copy of the flight manifest from September 10, which clearly shows her timeline is riddled with factual errors (surprise surprise). CANDACE SAYS: * Andrew leaves Santa Barbara alone at 12:37 p.m. for Scottsdale * Arrives in Scottsdale at 1:42 p.m. (alleged “tarmac hug”) * They all board plane together to Provo * Plane from Santa Barbara lands separately at 4:36 p.m. (Andrew’s wife) WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED: * Andrew and his wife leave Santa Barbara together at 2:30 p.m. PDT * No stop in Scottsdale (it was a direct flight to Provo) * Arrive in Provo at 4:58 p.m. MDT * Andrew and his wife meet the group at the hospital and greets everyone, including Erika Not to mention—Tail number and type of plane Andrew and his wife were actually on match none of the planes Candace gives to her audience. @RealCandaceO @IanCarrollShow @godfatherofchao @baroncoleman
