Aditya Dhar specifically praising the unsung members of his team one by one with heartfelt notes is what makes him stand out as a genuinely kind and grateful person. He’s a gem of a director and an even more precious gem of a person.

WARNING: HORRENDOUS DETAILS A Muslim youth brought an entire mob from a mosque, brutally attacked a Hindu family with knives, and took the intestine out of the poor woman after she opposed the harassment of her minor daughter in Nalasopara, Mumbai. This is not even the worst part! After the attack, the mob continues to issue death threats to the family's young son. Nightmare wasn't over yet. The police too didn't hold back. According to the family, the police also threatened the victim family, abused them, and haven't yet filed an FIR against the accused in the matter. The incident occurred on 5th April, and the victim family approached us today. @MumbaiPolice @CPMumbaiPolice @dgpmaharashtra @NiteshNRane @Dev_Fadnavis

Here’s to Mukesh Chhabra, the man who saw Dhurandhar long before I truly did. There are people who come into a film and do their job and then there are people who quietly reshape the film itself. Mukesh was the latter. From the very first narration, he believed in the scale, the ambition, the sheer possibility of Dhurandhar far more than I did. Where I was cautious, he was fearless. Where I was thinking within limits, he pushed me to think bigger, not just in numbers, but in depth, in detail, in truth. The casting of this film was never going to be easy. The sheer number of actors, the range of characters, the responsibility of getting every single face right, it was overwhelming. But Mukesh and his team just went all guns blazing. My only brief to him was simple: bring me great actors, new or old, big or small, it doesn’t matter.
And he turned that into a mission. What followed were endless days and nights, sitting together, breaking down every character, debating, exploring, rejecting, discovering. Conversations that didn’t feel like work but like building something brick by brick with absolute honesty. For him, casting was never about filling roles, it was about finding people who belonged. Even for the smallest part, he went just as deep, just as far, making sure every person on screen felt real, lived-in, and true to the world. But beyond the craft, what I found in him was something even more rare, a friend, a well-wisher, a brother. Someone who stood by the film with complete faith, even when mine wavered. I truly hope this film makes people realise the power of casting, one of the most crucial, yet often overlooked aspects of filmmaking. It can make a film or break it. And it’s unfortunate that our industry still doesn’t celebrate casting directors the way it should. This film carries your choices in every single frame Mukesh! Endless gratitude, respect and love for you.❤️

- Stood for Anushka Sharma against toxic trolling - Stood for Shami against religious attacks - Tweeted on Hathras which was a very sensitive matter - Never attended any celeb marriage for some bucks or in pressure - Always has been himself never changed his aggressive side to please people Just because he liked Dhurandhar and posted for it people and some of his own are labeling him as a propagandist. I ll always know Virat Kohli as a someone who has a spine and speaks for truth and doesn't care about any wing. Proud to be a @imVkohli fan ♥️

I was never a Ranveer Singh fan. Loved his work but the loud personality, the over the top outfits outside movies was too much for me. Dhurandhar changed that. And it got me thinking about how badly India treats his craft. This man has played a street rapper, a historical emperor, a cricket legend, a Maratha warrior and disappeared completely into every single one. No two performances look like the same person. When he locked himself in for Khilji and needed therapy, people laughed. Called it attention seeking. Even fellow actors took digs at him. Heath Ledger does it, he is a legend. Ranveer does it, its drama and attention seeking. We just aren't used to an Indian actor taking his craft this seriously. So we mock it instead. Took me long enough but I get it now. 🤷 #RanveerSingh #Bollywood

The message that Odias made a "mistake" in 2024 is foolish. For those who have lived in Odisha during the days and have worked with business folks, we all know the reality. Pandian's dismissal should be taken as a case study for all those who think that power is always for an infinite period. Be it BJP, BJD, Congress, AAP... whoever. Yes Pandian had a "single window system", and hence some businesses were liking him. But then that very "single window system" caused Odisha not to grow. No competition, no jobs, and a mass migration to Marathahalli. I was lucky that when my company got the insurance broker licence in 2024, the situation had changed. But the horror stories still resound in the folks who work in the insurance companies here. Prior to 2024, one Mr AM, would sit in the Bhubaneswar Club and with the blessings of Mr P, would decide insurance tenders. The DC modified vans, and what happened inside the vans, are anyone's imagination. Once 2024 change happened, Mr AM was able to exit his business to a Chennai (how sweet!) based insurance broker. Mr AM will never figure in the public space, as that industry is B2B. Now think about so many other such Mr AMs. Lots of stories - from O-Hub to the silicon wafer guys who said yes in the night and woke up in TN to sign the agreement..... we can go on and on and on. 2024 election is historic in Odisha that we want change, we want progress - anyone who stays on top dictating terms will not last. It is easy to type things in a 1 room apartment in Marathahalli, but things on the ground are very different. And if the current party does not perform, they shall too face the same consequences.

It has been an honor and a privilege to serve as the 8th Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security. I want to thank President Trump for entrusting me to lead the department leading the fight to Make America Safe Again. In one year, the patriots at DHS delivered the MOST secure border in American history, 3 million illegal aliens have left the U.S., located 145,000 unaccompanied children, delivered disaster relief at a 100% faster rate, ushered in the golden age of travel, saved the American taxpayer $13 billion, and revitalized the U.S. Coast Guard. As Special Envoy for the Shield of the Americas, I will build on the years of national security expertise I forged during my time as Secretary of Homeland Security, Governor of South Dakota, and Congresswoman on the House Armed Services Committee.

Hindu Deepak went to protect a Muslim man & even changed his name to Mohd Deepak. But not a single Muslim came to protect Hindu Tarun when he was being lynched. This is the reality of secularism!

This is the house of Nizamuddin, main accused behind the brutal killing of Tarun in Uttam Nagar, Delhi. He is said to be the one who brought a group of 15-20 people with iron rods and other objects. Today, MCD carried out a demolition drive and razed illegal portions of his house. An 11-year-old girl in Delhi's Uttam Nagar was playing Holi on the terrace when she threw a water balloon at her father standing below. The balloon fell onto the road and splashed water on a burqa-clad woman. They apologised to the woman. But about an hour later, when Tarun (relative of girl) was returning home, a group of 15-20 people brutally assaulted him with iron rods, bricks, stones, and other objects. He was rushed to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. Till now, 8 accused arrested.

This is a lie! Massive efforts is going on by Muslims to paint Muslims as the victims and Tarun as the perpetrator! He was retuning from the gym when he was attacked. He did not come back with a gang. Some Muslims labelled him a r*pist. Now efforts going on paint him as a goon! Sada hua kaum!

The narrative circulating online regarding Tarun’s death is incomplete and misleading. Contrary to some claims, no apology was issued from his side. While the immediate trigger for the dispute is said to have been an argument over a balloon, locals state that tensions between the two families had been simmering for some time. The altercation escalated throughout the day. Later that night, the deceased allegedly returned with a group of men from a nearby gym, leading to a violent clash between the two sides. According to local accounts, several individuals from the Muslim family side were seriously injured during the confrontation. A 13-year-old boy is currently admitted to Safdarjung Hospital and remains in the ICU, while at least one or two others reportedly sustained broken ribs. Witnesses claim that the deceased had arrived with the group that initiated the attack. During the ensuing scuffle, he allegedly suffered a severe head injury and collapsed at the scene, while the men accompanying him reportedly fled. After his death, Hindu groups allegedly looted the accused’s house and set it on fire. They are now reportedly demanding bulldozer action against the houses and calling for police encounters. Many posts circulating on social media present a one-sided account of the incident, which they believe has been amplified by Hindutva groups.

Efforts are being made by Islamists to distort facts about brutal killing of Tarun in Uttam Nagar, Delhi and to label him a molester. But why label him molester, not thief or other criminal? It is calculated narrative, dilute crime, defame victim and drag Hindu festival into it.
