@O2 why do you not fulfil your purchase conditions? £1 earbuds with purchase of a new contract, still nothing but excuses! Been with o2 for years but not after this contract ends as they lie to customers.

@O2 are the absolute worst. Have been with them for years, recently upgraded with contract condition for £1 earbuds and excuses ever since. This needs to be resolved as this is false advertising and a breach of purchase condition!🧐

@ASOS_HeretoHelp asos parcel apparently delivered ny Hermes to my address even though no one home and no where to be found. No picture or signature. Told to contact ASOS by them to resolve.
